Practical and very powerful, Kundalini yoga works quickly and safely to give you balance and energy to handle life challenges with ease and grace. As you practice this form of yoga, you will gain new perspectives, capacities and new habits to support a healthy LIFESTYLE.

You do not need any previous experience in yoga to achieve results even in your first class.

In a class we teach Kriyas (set of exercises), different breathing techniques, movement, sound, deep relaxation and meditation.

Kundalini yoga strengthens the nervous system helping a transition from a physical and emotional existence to a sensitive awareness of higher vibrational frequency and consciousness. This will help to reduce stress and produces physical, emotional, mental strength and resilience. This form of yoga is much needed in the Aquarian Age where the vibrational frequency is moving to the frequency of Heart Consciousness

It also balances the hormonal system and strengthens the immune system.

What to Expect in a Kundalini Yoga Class

Tuning: In We tune in with a mantra (sacred affirmation) to connect with the Creator and to the divine within us

Kriya: A Kriya is an exact dynamic combination of postures, breathing, sound and movement to produce shifts in the body and achieve mental clarity

Breath (pranayama): We learn different ways to breathe consciously to calm our minds and master all aspects of our life. Our breath is life energy and when we master breath we master our vital force

Savashana: Often known as the corpse pose, this practice is essential for the body to integrate all changes created during the practice. It helps the organs return to regular functioning after performing in overdrive while you were exercising, thus aiding recovery.

Meditation: Meditation brings awareness and control of our thoughts, using mantra, mudras we can clear negative patterns and connect to higher state of awareness, It has huge benefits for physical health, such as reduced blood pressure, increased immunity and improved lung function and more.

Healthy Breast Yoga

Healthy Breast Yoga (HBY)

HBY is a program created by Sat Dharam Kaur ND (Canada and co-creator of Compassionate Inquiry) combining naturopathy and Kundalini Yoga to prevent and support Breast cancer recovery.

The Healthy Breast Program is an intensive twelve-part learning program designed to educate women and girls in reducing their risk of breast cancer and assisting recovery from the illness using natural therapies in conjunction with conventional diagnostic and treatment options. The Healthy Breast Program encompasses lifestyle, diet, nutritional therapies, breathing practices, kundalini yoga, meditation, exercise and psycho-spiritual work.

Beyond Addiction

Beyond Addiction (BA)

BA is a program created by Sat Dharam Kaur ND (Canada and co-creator of Compassionate Inquiry) combining naturopathy and Kundalini Yoga.

The Beyond Addiction program was created in 2008 to help people to overcome addictive behaviours. “It is an internationally recognized treatment for anyone who wants to establish healthy thought patterns and habits to nourish mind, body and spirit and manifest an inspired and fulfilling life. The program builds healthy, resilient individuals, families and communities.” The course comprises a 16 session recovery program which includes Kundalini Yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, relaxation, self-reflection, lifestyle and dietary guidelines, group support, stress management, hydrotherapy, naturopathic detoxification and nutritional and herbal supplementation for neurotransmitter and glandular balance.

The program was developed by Sat Dharam Kaur ND, and integrates the teachings of Dr. Gabor Maté and experts in the addiction field.
